"The seats were comfortable and under the seats were clean. The bathroom was messy at times but that is understandable with so many people using it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I missed my train on 08/12/19 and I was helped by Debra or Deborah, I forget names easily. She was very helpful and comforting. Though it was my fault she never made me feel stupid. She help me on to another train and I reached my destination. Big thanks to the workers at Amtrak they have always proved to be very friendly and helpful. I have never had any bad experiences with any of them. I hope they get a nice bonus this year.😃"
